There will be a ratification vote today July 22nd in Hanger 4 from 1200-2359. There will be copies of the CBA as well as stewards and E-Board members present to answer questions.

DynCorp Intl. Negotiations Update
Local 24 negotiating committee is currently in CBA negotiations with DynCorp International for the ASD contract. 1st Heli CBA’s for both the Pilot’s and Maintainers have been completed and will have ratification votes on Saturday, July 11th in the 1st Heli old main blade office. Any questions please direct them to your shop stewards.
Covid-19 / Negotiations Update
Due to Covid-19 the IAM Grand Lodge has mandated that monthly local lodge meetings are to not be held. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact your steward or E-Board member.
Dyncorp ASD/Heli/Pilots CBA negotiation dates are being finalized, so if you have job description changes you need to get them into the negotiating committee NLT 5/22/2020.

The executive board would like to let you the membership know that we are meeting or discussing options and plans with your companies on a daily basis in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently working with your companies to develop and maintain open lines of communication to ensure that plans and information is quickly and efficiently distributed to you the members of Local 24.

December Meeting cancelled for wreaths across America support
The December meeting will be cancelled so that the eboard and membership will be able to participate in the Wreaths across America at Cheltenham Veterans cemetery.

IAMAW Local Lodge 24 has a large number of veterans and we would like to thank each and everyone of you for your service to this country. We would also like to thank those who continue to support and defend us both at home and abroad.
Negotiating Committees Selected
Akima Logistics and Dyncorp ASD negotiating committees have been selected and both recently attended the IAM Negotiation class held at the District 4 offices. The committees have developed timetables and begun strategic planning for 2020 CBA negotiations with their respective companies.

Ron Alexander ISO Dock
Brother Alexander passed recently and we would like to send our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. He will be missed.
